As my vehicle No.HP34E 2001 crossed Dohlu Nala toll Plaza NH21
( now NH-03) Distt. kullu H.P. on dated 30.01.2021at 12.35. And payed toll charges 30/- through fast tag transaction id 0010012101301245495694 . On return journey at 21.27 on same day I have 16.63rs balance in my fast tag wallet which was issued by IHMCL by paying 200.00 RS. as a security but not accepted by the booth operator and hand over me pay slip of 30.00 rs as a single journey. I parked my vehicle went to their office at Dohlu Nala toll Plaza NH21( now NH-03) to requesting them that i have a sufficient balance 16.63 rs while the due payment of return journey was 15.00 rs. but they denied to accept the payment through fast tag and manually and argued me and forced me to pay the full amount of single journey. This made me mentally upset.
