Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is Raghavendra G, Resident of Bangalore, Karnataka.
I would like to bring to your notice that I had Booked my Car (Ritz ZXI, White Color) with Kallyani Motors, Mysore Road, Bangalore. At the time of booking they assured that they will give the delivery of the Car within 24th of October 2014. But it was not happened from them and I went to the showroom for the enquiring the same. They told that there is some issue with Car dispatch so they could not made it. Then I requested them to give one more date for the delivering the car. For that they told that they will deliver on 3rd of November 2014. But I told them that I don't need it on 3rd November and take 4 more days for the delivery. Finally they agreed to deliver it on 7th November and also I paid Complete Money for the same based on their Assurance.
Now they are telling They can't deliver it on 7th November also due to Dispatch problem and also they are not giving further delivery date for the Car.
Also when I called to ask about the same they are not picking my call. So finally I fed up with this dealer and also I am losing hope on Maruti.
Kindly Look in to this matter at the earliest and Resolve the issue ASAP.
