0n 1.12.2014 I had surrendered my phone connection 28944250 along with broad band .accessories.An amount of Rs1909 /- being the bill no[protected] dt 23.12.2014
has been adjusted from the security deposit of Rs.2280 credit.I fail to understand how mtnl charged me for the period when I no longer had any telephone connection.I need clarification on that account. I have received cheque for Rs.384/-being the security deposit refund today.
Can I draw your attention to the notification in your customer information(d) Refund of the security deposit will be made within 60 days of closure of telephone connection.Otherwise interest @10% will be paid.
Please look into the matter
