I have actually joined kaneriya granito ltd before around two years as a business development officer and they have not given me my last three months salary and around two years od t.a.d.a. amaount also and just sent me temination letter without any reason. i am still demanding for my money but none reply and say call to this department and this department. more than one year has passed but still there is no any resolution in this matter...
I was working as a marketing co-ordinator in above mentioned group and all of sudden they closed their unit in baroda, despite of giving many reminders i have not received my salary as on till date.
Kindly suggest me what action can i take for my salary for the said month.
