Kanika Verma — Late delivery and that to o[censored]sed product - order no. SOA[protected]

This is further to the complaint filed yesterday 5th March 2023 with regard to non delivery of aquaguard WP Royale Product ID 230056 purchased on 4th March 2023 from Croma, DLF mall of india.

Yesterday the product was delivered after regular followup for the whole day after 9 pm, however, when Eureka person came to install, he immediately identified it as a used product, there was no company tape on the box, he then opened the machine and there were several attachments missing and the product on the face of it was used. He asked us if we have purchased a secondhand product. We then called Ashok Sharma, the salesperson who sold the product to us and sent him pics. He just said that the product was delivered from some other place/ Warehouse and he is not aware of the defective or used product.

This is cheating by croma, after charging the entire amount, the product delivered was a used product.

We specifically mentioned our requirement that we need an RO with width not more than 12 inches and this product fits our requirements. After knowing that the product was used, Ashok starting asking that he can offer another model or something. It is really surprising that a customer is going to croma with a specific requirement and this is the outcome.

We now want our money back immediately. As we need to install it urgently at our place, we need to buy it from some other place. Please resolve urgently.

We need a stringent action against the person Mr. Ashok Sharma who sold us the product which was not available with the company and later delivered a used product to us.
