I asked for a chinese toy which has mrp 23 (Mentioned on the packet) but they asked me to pay rs 50. And when i asked for bill they refused to give any bill. And they behaved in a very bad manner. Please take necessary action against them for selling items on a value more than the prescribed mrp. And refusing customer bill on their payment. According to customer protection act no shop keepers are supposed to sell items on a rate above mrp and they can't deny bill for purchase.
