Unfortunately I have lost my purchase bill, but my handset Titanium S5 is in warranty period. When I went to Service Centers at Mira Road and Borivali (Java Telecom) in mumbai they denied me service of my phone. I asked them, You can check my IEMI at your Karbonn Portal to know whether my handset is in warrenty period. They denied me for the same again....

I would like to complaint that I have given my Karbonn A29 Handset on 21.05.2014 to Rudra Telecom (Authorised Service Centre) at Vashi, Navi Mumbai for repairing of touch panel but I still not get it back till date, I have spent much on travelling to take update on the same. There is no meaning to purchase karbonn mobile when we cannot have it in use for three to four months, so I am requesting you to kindly take appropriate action....
