One of MARUTI SUZUKI dealership named by “KARNAL MOTORS” situate in Karnal, Haryana.
I am complaining about this dealership, this dealership holds a very bad reputation for employee satisfaction, they mentally harassed their employees several times, I have seen it by my self, the way of talking, their owner behaviour is so pathetic that anybody easily get stressed out of it. Also their HR management is so damn poor highly uneducated HR department is hired their, they don’t even know how to manage their employees salary, incentives, leaves and IN & OUT timing. Such a stupid HR department is their, they manag, net makes their own rules and regulation and that is totally harassing for the existing g employee, my own relative is working their mad he is MENTALLY HARRASED in this dealership, they don’t give salaries on time and keep on delaying the wages, I like to draw your attention towards the HR department specially because it has been observe so many times that the credit their salaries and incentives first, then they delay the rest of the employees salaries, which is totally unfair.
I would be so thankful to you if any action take against them that is highly disappointing to know that their are ruining a brand reputation that brand which is highly revenue generated company right now.
