Hi sir, My name is Harish R and my complint is regarding missed all facility in karnatakabank.
I have SB account in hunasemaranahalli branch Airport road, I went to the branch 3 times to update my mobile number to account and even i have written the numbers, account number, adrress everything in their ledger. The statff in that branch saying will update soon and we will give the confirmation call as well but i didnt get till now. I have visited the branch 3 times for the same issue. They are making lot of inconvenience to the customers and not even giving proper respect. For a simple issue they make us to visit 4 to 5 times to the bank and then after also they are not resolving.. My issue is to update my mobile number in the customers ID of my account. I told so many times to them by visiting bank but till now the problem is not yet resolved. MY Mobile number [protected] and atleast now look in to the issue. If you cant resolve then let me know the procedure for closing of the account. Some banks are giving the best service to the customers than karnataka bank. Was this information helpful? |
