Karnataka One / Bangaloreone — Aadhar card Phone number update and PVC application

In online I'm booking an appointment for past two days and I'm going to that particular banglore one office but no one is there to help and all they are telling that here they are not doing..I'm visited 5 Bangalore one office's still my problem is not resolved. I need to update my phone number in Aadhar card for PVC.
