Sir,
I am a regular visited of Bangalore one from its beginning utilising to pay my electricity & water bills. Amounting around ₹4500/-.
Earlier they were accepting debit card for payment.
But from past 6 months they are not accepting card and only for cash. Each time they say swiping machine problem, server problem, card not accepting payments etc.
Govt is prompting digitalization but the service provider insists for cash payment.
They don't even know which category this complaint belongs to. Hence I have selected Others.
