I have multicple complaints about one grama one center
1. I would bring to ur notice that Grama one center which is located in Masur[protected]A K Patil Complex) was is in a place which is not there not in the suitable place ( 1st Floor) and it is not possible to reach for elderly people and physically challenged people. As i have came across d the norms to get grama one center franchise it should be in reachable place for everyone.
2. It is not a independent building, in the same room they r running computer classes, tailiring classes etc.
3. It is located in place/building/ room which is head office of NGO. (Not indipendent building)
4. It is not open for 8am-8pm basis everyday it would open from 9-10 am and closed by 4-5 pm and i haven't seen it working till 8pm.
5. Center has charging higher money than d fixed one frm costomers. (Example: Ayushman Bharat card:50 rs per card, adhar services: 100 fr only print of d card Etc.)
