This is regarding the complain I wanted to lodged towards the staff attitude and behaviour towards kids and citizens. I happened to visit the Bangalore one centre at arakere mico layout Bangalore BG road for my daughter's adhaar card renewal after 5 yrs.The staff at the centre and the enrolment operator ashwini kv were very rude towards the people and also towards my child.The staff did not even have the courtesy towards peieple who were waiting for almost 4 hrs in the rain and cold from morning for there appointment.The staff also charged 100rs as fees towards my child biometric update, where as the form mentioned it is free of cost for 5/15 yrs children.Requuest the concerned authorities to take appropriate actions on the sameAlso to add this was being done towards most of the citizen present and nit just me.
