I went to Bangalore one service in N R Colony centre. A lady who is incharge/assigned for Aadhar. I gave original proof to change few in my Aadhar card. She said i don't want bank passbook then came back outside. After 2 min my mom asked politely Why you don't need bank passbook for change of address. Then she started talking too harshly with my mom. Actually it's her work to explain everyone if it is not understood but she said "i can't explain everyone if you want make changes i will or else i won't do". Using bad word after i came out but she doesn't that I'm standing outside of door, She doesn't have patience, ethics, respect, no proper knowledge. She is disrespecting and talking with middle class people. Kindly take this action on her and also impact on Karnataka One/Bangalore One. Worst Service and Worst Employee!!

Respected Sir,
The lady who sits for Aadhaar correction is asking for 500Rs though all supporting documents were accurate.
When we said we will don’t want to do she was asking us to not tell anyone & just leave without telling anyone that she demanded 500Rs.
The concerned higher authority should take immediate and strict action against her.
