We the residents of Ranka Aqua Greens, Harsha Layout, Kengeri, bring to your attention that we are living with fear for our life due negligence of the Builder while laying the power cables in our apartment. The Apartment is just 2 year old.
The Builder is DRA Projects Pvt Ltd. represented by its Director Nishant Ranka, who have their office at 4th Floor, Ranka Chambers, 31 Cunningham Road, Bangalore 560 052.
We have been experiencing frequent power outage and fuse in the poles.HRS fuse got blown couple of times. Recently when the fuse blew up, we investigated into the matter by digging and brought out all the cables that were laid underground. We were surprised to note that the builder and used insulation tapes where the cables were cracked. There were too many joints in the cable. The joints blew up and as they were not separated other cables also got burnt. We suspect that the cables were not properly laid as per procedure to protect other cables getting damaged due to heat and water seepage. Out of 6 cables, 5 of them have been damaged. The builder is not taking responsibility for replacing these cables.
The residents, many of who are senior citizens, pregnant women, infants are put to severe inconvenience as lifts are not operating as the cables have snapped.
We request for your intervention to bring the Developer to the site and have the defective cables replaced adopting proper norms, so that we do not face the situation time and again.
