Hi, I had taken up an graduation programme form KSOU. During my 2nd year I had submitted all my assignments to the college said by university & even they had given me the confirmation on receipt of it, but when i got my final marks the assignment marks were not included. when I went and asked them about it after a year they made me to go here and there and finally they were just blaming each other and saying that assignment is not there with them, Second Thing is about the exam of same second year subject, I had written this exam once and i did not get passed out, So i wrote exam again and this time i was well prepared and written well in exam but when I got the marks it was the same mark which i got in my previous exam. I am sure they have either lost my exam paper or trying to make money out of the exam fee. Please help me i can fight for this. Dia

Hello, Shivani College(Kachiguda) is offering FAKE Btech on Behalf of KSOU. As everyone knows KSOU is recognised but BTech programmes are not offered. But management like shivani college fooling educated people especially Diploma holders promising they will issue BTech certificate from KSOU. For the same they are charging 15000 per semester.Please stop this management from doing this so and take severe action. Thanks, Pratap.

I just wants to inform every one who is doing Engineering Degree through correspondence is danger either today or tomorrow.

As per UGC / MHRD they have issued a letter in 2009 to all Universities to stop these kind of courses and who is doing the same must have the below clarifications from the University.

1. Validity of the University from UGC
2. Course approval from UGC
3. MHRD approval
4. Approval for offering distant programme on that particular course from DEC in the particular year

This is Mal Reddy. B who has applied for M-Com in KSOU Mysore with the Application No.[protected]. I had taken the DD in SBM in Banglore and sent all the requirement Certificates and the fee receipt to our University on 21st November. But I received somebody application stating that I should again send all my Certificates for admission, So I except that my application has been missed placed by the University and I conformed to cancelled my admission. I draft a letter to The Register for Cancellation of my admission and return my fee. Along with the cancellation I had return the application of Preanth to the University in DTDC Courier with the Doc No. B04957980, dated 25th December. I had enquired the DTDC and know the Preanth application as received the University on 30th December but again I am getting Phone calls for that application from the University. Now I am drafting an Emile because both my application and Preanth application has been misplaced and there is no responds though courier. Please Confirm my cancelation details and let me know who much fee can I get back from the University.

I have Completed my M.Com from KSOU (Karnataka State Open University) in the year 2011. My Roll No. is 7296027. When I received my mark car, the internal marks are not entered and duplicate (not original marks card) marks card received. I didn’t noticed the changes. I got know the error while I submitted my marksheet copies for getting convocation application from my study centre (KSOU STUDY CENTRE, MANGALORE), Mangalore and they rejected my application stating the reason that “ internal mark not entered and this is not original mark card” . I Later when i inquired about the same with the study centre they were not at all ready to provide any guidance or help, they just pointed fingers at university and redirected us to KSOU Mysore. Till now problem is not solved by the No. I Open University. Sir, my sincere request is that my marks card is urgently to submit for the permanent job. Sir do the needful action immediately. What steps should I follow to receive my original marks soon. I'm Mohammed Rehan,
my Roll No[protected].

I have completed my B.com . But still i didn't get any marks card hard copies. And while i tried to get marks cards copies from online by paying fees, "for that i have to upload snap / pdf of my all marks cards. Main concern is that i didn't get marks cards & even results sites also been disabled from online.

Hence, my humble request is to help me out or suggest HOW CAN I GET MY MARKS CARDS & Convocation now without having any pdf or receiving hard copies ... i can't even see old results in ksou websites... Pls help me.!!!

I disclosed Mr. Pravendra Chandel (Incharge of CIMT Noida) prior to admission that I am a central Govt. servant hence, unable to visit frequently in study centre so delivered my all admission related documents for further submitting the same to my department...

I am a student of BLIS , Roll no- 1076BLIS00565 of year 2010-11 July Session. I enrolled through Shikshayalaya under Ultimatum Institute of Technology Khardah , Kolkata . Though I sat for all exams I was declared absent in three papers. After a year of going throughdilemma whether my marksheet will be corrected, now I am told by UIMT that I have to take admission again. I have some unanswered questions.
1) I signed on all attendance sheet then how can I be absent?
2) Why I have to take admission again instead of sitting in absentee in papers (if required )?
3) Where can I lodge complain against them?

I am Sunil Salgotra, I have completed my BSc
IT in the session Dec 2009 my enrollment No. is L2071-BIT-07896 but I
have not received my Marksheet of Sem 6 till now. My Sem 3 Marksheet
was hand filled so it was sent to the University by my study centre
JK102. Now I have cleared SBI clerk examination and I have got call
for the interview which will held on 04-Jan-2013. My study centre and
VET, Delhi has no answer for this delay. I have contacted the both
institutions many times. This time I HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY OF JOB. I
have waited for 3 years for my marksheet. I think you can understand
my feelings. To get job is very difficult in this country and this
type of job very very difficult.
Kindly issue my marksheet as soon as possible
or send any valid document for my interview. I don't want to miss this
job.

I am Balendu Nath Pandey.i am enrolled for B-Tech in Electrical Engineering from karnataka state open university (KSOU) through distance education by frenchisee & frenchisee name is Apple Institutes Of Professional Studies (AIPS) Indore (M.P) & Director name of frenchisse is Mr. Akhilesh Sohani.i have submitted the Registration fees 1050 Rs & first semester fees 16000 Rs.(Total 17050 Rs.) in january 2012.after sometime i did a mail to Dy. Director of Distance Education Council (DEC) & then He/She told me that not any university in india are approved by DEC for offer any technical course like Diploma or BE/B-Tech through distance education then i call back to Mr. Akhilesh Sohani & tell him to refund my fees amount.he has agree to refund my fees and told me that i will refund your amount as soon as possible. i am calling him daily one time & he always say same thing that today i refunds your fees amount.Two month passed away & he Says same thing daily but still today he did not refund my fees.

At least KSOU should open their eyes... they should mention these illegal things on their websites at-least so that students will come to know... and all those who want to take a DEC degree must check these open universities Recognition on particular/related website like MHRD, DEC, AICTE, and not on the open universities website...

Hi Team,

I have another issue with KSOU. I have enrolled for MBA HR in 2014, i paid my 2nd semester fee and till not my exam have not happened. i haven got my first semester marks card too. When ever i keep calling they say we are working on it. i have spoken to Desmond from there he keeps saying wait for a month now this year is over. When i ask for refund he says no procedure for refund..

Please let me know what i need to do

I am Seema D Gowda, a student of KSOU- Karnataka State Open University, Mysore, have been successfully trapped to take admission for MBA in HR Management online Program, on 11th July 2015, and I have paid a Lump-sum fees amount of Rs. 50, 500 (Rupees Fifty thousand five hundred) towards the course. When I was just checking for my MBA through net, I came across website : www.ksouodl.com, Pune, a KSOU coordinator - [censored]al Kumbhar - email id: [censored]al.[protected]@ksouodl.com, contact no: +91-[protected], [protected], came online to chat and started following up for admissions and further her reporting manager - Mr. Arvind Pandit - email id: arvind.[protected]@ksouodl.com, contact no: +91-[protected], +91-[protected] started calling up continuously for more than 5-6 times a day and finally, I took my admission, as they assured good online education support with well trained teachers, who will be coordinating with us on daily basis through net - ie., UTS - Universal Training Solutions Pvt. Ltd ., which is all fake. Further there was no response from their end after 20 days of severe follow up I received my Student ID : [protected], Then I started coordinating for study material, and with great difficulty and follow ups with Chaitanya - Dispatch coordinator, contact no: +91-[protected] I received books after 2 months ie., Dtd : 31-Aug-2015, then I started studying and attended the assignments - scored 99% in assignments, further followed up for examination dates as it was supposed to be in the month of December. My student counsellor - Ankur, email id: [protected]@universitysupportservices.co.in - Contact no:[protected], confirmed that exams are postponed to January, after further followups confirmed that exams are in the month of March - when I called up in the month of March, Seema Verification coordinator, contact no: +91-[protected], asked me to shift my admission to JNU - Jaipur National University, as KSOU is facing some problem with UGC Approval and when I checked in website, JNU was not having good feedback and further I did not accept to take admission in JNU, called [censored]al Kumbhar to refund my amount, she asked to write a mail to KSOU, further is not picking up my call, but student counsellor Ankur, promised to refund amount in 3 months of time, now three months of time is over, but I could not see one single person coordinating for it, they are either picking up my call, not replying on mails. People have started cheating students in the name of Education. Please help in getting my fees amount along with compensation back as I have paid it through credit card and my whole year is wasted.

Hi, I am student of MCA 4th semester but now 4th sem exam was postponed due to ugc de recognization of KSOU. And I had paid fees 20K for 3rd and 4th semesters . The Study center is not refunding paid fees of 4th semester at least.

I'm pursuing in diploma in electrical 2nd year ( 3rd semester ) from karnataka states open university . I want to known by you that this university approved is it or not, university grants commission(UGC), & Distance Education Council(DEC) . please sir confirm this information because this university have been joint much more students in this hope their university approved are (UGC) & (DEC) . but sir this ( ksou ) university joint academic collaborators in delhi (Baba sahib ambedkar Institute of Technology & Management) C-Block , Vikas Puri , New Delhi-110018 . Phone No. : 28532901,28532959,28538972 . & after that sir when my admission time had been taken gross total Fee Rs.27,500 include 1st semester fee & registration fee etc. But sir my admission after one month some students taken new admission then academic collaborators in delhi (Baba sahib ambedkar Institute of Technology & Management) charge for after one month admission fees deduction had been taken gross total Fee Rs.20,000 .but sir I wanna tell you that they students study with me (3rd semester) . I want to known by you that my semester fees will be concession or not . because sir after one month admission students or our registration fee will deposit in karnataka states open university ( ksou ) is same . kindly grant me relief this problem .

with respect i have passed B.com from KARNATAKA STATE OPEN UNIVERSITY Manasagangotri, Mysore - 570 006, last year.my enrollment no is [protected].I have receive only third year DMC.
i have no any other marks card or any provisional certificate for to proof complete my graduation.I said to Delhi staff regarding my problem but no any person satisfied me...I have not receive my first year and 2nd year DMCS .

There is a call or interview on[protected]..which is a opportunity for me as govt. job...

p lz help me what i do so...
I was talking with delhi staff from last 10 months regarding my case.. my case knows very well miss visahli ji and mrs. Ajay ji in vet ...but helpless.
i m not doing complaint against those persons which i mentioned, they help me but not a solid result found...

With due respect, I have completed my MSc(IT) in Juy 2010 but they do not send niether provisional nor original mark sheet till date, they also do not send the marksheet of my exam appeared in Jan2010.I require the mark sheet for various government job and higher studies.For this i have contacted many time from the employee o[censored]niversities and study center but they do not give satisfactory response and have said your mark sheet will dispatch soon . So please take immediate action against him .

Dear Sir,

I have Completed my MSc IT with KSOU (Karnataka State Open University) in S R N Adarsha College Bangalore. I got my 4th Semester results which said Passed with C grade while checking online. but to my surprise when i received my marks sheet, it is blank on one of my subject (Project) and doesn't say anything whether i passed or failed or absent, it is just blank.

Later when i inquired about the same with the college they were not at all ready to provide any guidance or help, they just pointed fingers at university and redirected us to KSOU Delhi. Mean while calling university went unnoticed. I sent my original copies to KSOU Delhi office for correction but no response so far. Every week we visit the college and they are not at all responding.

Please help in fixing this irresponsible attitude of college and university, who collected money, time and importantly effort and doing injustice to EDUCATION SYSTEM.

I have passed all the previous semester without getting failed in a single semester or a single paper. But, in my 6th Semester marksheet cumulative grade is not declared. Although overall grade is on the marksheet. This I got to know when I submitted my marksheet copies with convocation application form for my degree and the ‘Office of the Registrar, Karnataka State Open University, Manasagangothri, Mysore’ rejected my application stating the reason as NCL for sixth semester as cumulative grade is not on the marksheet.
Although I have submitted all of my semester marksheet along with original marksheet of 6th semester to get the corrected 6th semester marksheet. So, that I can get my Degree, but they are not responding back to my request.
