[Resolved]  Karnataka State Open University — Course Completed DEGREE CERTIFICATE not received , Final Year B.com passed out Apr/May 2014

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring in to your notice that, I enrolled in the B.com course in the year 2012 at KARNATAKA STATE OPEN UNIVERSITY.
I did appeared for all the exams and got my 1st Year and 3rd Year Certificates. 2nd year Certificate I did not received only result Announcement was done by Study center (SLN correspondence College Sangam Circle.
Since then I was following up with the study center but no results, After the Good News that Degree certificates will be issued I tried contacting the study center. It is SHUT permanently.
I visited Ksou official website https://ksouportal.com/Exam_Other/Convocation.aspx (STUDENTS WHO ARE PASSED ON OR BEFORE 2017 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR APPLYING CONVOCATION CERTIFICATE.) but My Registration number is Invalid . I am left with no hopes, I don't know where to check and get my Degree Certificate and 2nd year Marksheet .
I am badly in requirement of my B.com Degree .
I am looking for job since long, but I am not able to get in the job due to my Educational documents .Please help me .My Mark sheets i have attached which I received from study center
