On 17th sep.22, I myself along with my husband and 22 months daughter started journey from Majestic, Bangalore to pune. Our PNR NO. J89491141, SEAT no. 17, 18. The bus time was 8.pm but started 8.15 pm as they wanted to collect more passengers. Thereafter took dinner break only for 15 minutes & started further journey at 10.30 pm. In mid night they took break for changing driving shift, but neighter they asked any passenger for washroom break nor they informed. As the passengers are sleeping, they should have asked the passenger for washroom break. After waiting, On 7.30 am when bus was stopped on road side, we asked them whether it is washroom break or what ? they replied that they are waiting for courier and very soon they will give washroom break, which they gave on 8.30 am. So from 10.30 pm to 8.30 am they have not given any washroom break. How the passenger will hold the washroom for 10 hrs. IS this kind of service you are providing a customer? How the ladies and small child will travelled from your bus when this kind of service is available? Expecting your favorable reply.
