Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] Urinals Being Demanded/ Charged With Money — forced to give 5rs for urinals

Dear sir,
It is clearly mentioned in the shanthi nagar depot ground floor toilets that urinals free but three men’s surrounded and shouted at me to give 5rs. One of the men’s name is kailash who told me to go and complain anywhere no problem for us. Please take necessary actions as those men’s seams to be forcibly collecting money from everyone for urinals.
