I am disturbed because of money got stuck with this fraud Co. I have invested in their kelve road project for making my 1st house, but they have made me fool. I have started my investment with them on 02.04.2017 with EMi of 7900 +ST/GST till 14th May 2019 i have paid all emi regularly... after visiting many times at location of site at kelve road..there was no change during this period i visited their office also so many times all the time they used to say ...yes project will start in few days. Evry time when i go to their office they used to take us in packed room so that other customer should not come to know the fact about co 's fraud. Then immiedietely i gave cancellation letter for my booking on dt 31.05.2019 and they promised me that after 6months refund will credit on monthly basis to our bank a/c.. but now today is 05.11.2021 still no 1 rupees credited from them to my a/c.. i have paid all money from my salary. My hard earn money they want enjoy. I visited yesterday to their ghodbunder thane kasarvadavli office and seen office was locked by landlord no rent paid by co and no employee or anybody comes their ..they have changed the office but no contact anywhere ..they want to fly with our money.
