Kartbazar.com — not returning my money

The company called me in the month of June 2018 for informing about a prize which I will be getting among 10 selected contestants. I was asked to register by paying 1499 rupees, I did so. Later called me again that I have won an Swift Car for which I have to pay 20, 000 not more than that, I paid some money 20, 000 but they called me again and said I have to pay Rs.45, 000 . then I rejected the offer and asked them to return the money but it's been 2 months they have not returned the money they said they will return in the form of gold I told them to pay cash only. but till now they did not pay my money back. Everyday I am calling them no body picks the call.
