Due to Covid-19 threat the airline cancelled the flight. The DGCA of India has issued instruction to Airlines to refund the full fares to the customers. I
After repeated requests to Vistara Airline Management/customer serveries to refund the airfares. Finally it is informed by the Vistara Management taht the booking is cancelled and necessary remarks made to the PNR to get full refund from the Agent flipkart where the ticket booked.
Though repeated requests made to [protected]@flipkat.com air fare Rs. 12549/- is not refuned till date which is very bad on the part of flipkart.
I request the flipkart to refund the amount in full immedialtely.
