I ordered jbl bluetooth speaker with a offer free of mini earpods, order -# ebz[protected], tracking number - krtc[protected]
Firstly the order was too late for delivery
Secondly the order which i received was not at all jbl speaker, it seems some local speaker that too without earpods
Now i trying to refund it while using e-kart app, i am unable to login
From whr i can get my exact order
And if i m not going to receive any such order than from where i can cancel it
