Karvy — Investment

My name is Mr Venkata Satyanarayana Nunna from Bangalore. I have invested in Karvy an amount of Rs 10, 00, 000 in Nov 2019, with a promised interest rate of 12%. I also received a cheque from Karvy in this regard. Attached an email reply from Karvy and the cheque issued by Karvy to me. However, upon deposit of the cheque, it bounced back as the signatory got changed.

This advance has been lying with Karvy for the last 5 years (4 years 10 months to be precise). Request your help in resolving this matter at the earliest
