Karvy — Request for relieving/experience letter

Hello all,

I am facing issues in receiving experience letter or relieving letter. As I am an EX employee in Karvy Forde search pvt ltd. I have worked around one Month 3 days from april 2018 to May 2018. I haven't observed that PF got created by Karvy. But till now I didn't faced any issues during my employment. But now every organisation and also my current organization is asking to submit the experience or relieving letter, if I failed to submit the letter then I have face issues from BGV end. I tried to reach out many people but no body is responding. I request you to please help me on this issue. I am not sure about the employee ID. But I have all the details of joining date and PF number. Please help me on this.
