i book my tour for 28 may ...
your cousomer executive janhavi pansare from ahmedabad navrangpura branch told me its a gujarati tour and sheff will come with us but food is so bad and no sheff was in my tour...
in tour packege janhavi told me only for singapore flyer, universal studio and night safari i have to pay and i did it..
she told me instade of this every thing is included.. but tour guide did not take us into kl tower...
from sotc send any member send to genting and tell them complate all rides in 3 hours.. its not possible for anyone.. sotc take charge for night stay..
one more thing when i came to sotc for booking u say we provide singapore air lince. and when i pay deposit amount secoand day i got call from sotc and janhavi says singapore airlince is not available what is all this [censored]ing things
wel i need my money back for genting and kl tower...
