Respected sir,
I am customer who got some problem from the sales department of kataria automobiles ltd ahmedabad. I have complained again n again to them but i doesn’t get any response from them, further, i have also pass the complain from maruti consumer complaints, however there is no result

Complain
I have paid total amount 7, 03, 000/- for the car, including rto charges & insurance. However, according to the quotation submitted by the dealer, i paid 6, 47, 000/- as a basic value of car but dealer issued invoice for rs. 6, 34, 739/-only, it implies that the dealer has charged rs12261/- more than the actual basic value of the car, when i am asking to issue correct invoice or otherwise refund the excess amount, there is no response from the dealer
Further, before the deal i have already discussed about taxi passing for this vehicle but still there was some confusion n customer have to suffered with the problem
· he dint get any rto receipt or insurance receipt from dealer side
· customer continuously passed this complains to sales but no any single response from their side..
So please resolve this complaint as early as possible with all the relevant explanation of expenses n all receipt.
