Respected Authority, This is to inform you that I ordered for a Ray Ban (order no. [protected]) from your website on 22nd Aug 2014 and i received the same by 15th sep 2014. I was very happy for that. But, on 26th sep 2014 i got drenched in the rain and as a result my sunglass colour went off, so i went to one of my friends optical shop (Ray Ban Outlet) where he confirmed me after inspection that my sunglass which was purchased from your esteemed organisation is a fake/duplicate. Actually this was beyond my imagination that a renowned organisation like you had done such cheap thing. I feel very upset for such stupidity. So i want back my money or else replace the product with original one. Looking forward for your quick respond / action.
