Kaushik Global Logistics Limited company is covered under Factories Act and Shops & Commercial Act at Lucknow-Uttar Pradesh, Kaushmbhi(Sahibabad, GBD-Uttar Pradesh) and Dehardoon. The company has so many branches in northern region. Director, Employees State Insurance Corporation, Lucknow/Kanpur has already taken the coverage of Lucknow employee vide employer Code no.[protected] but company has not been disclosed the other branch office which are running Sahibabad & Dehardun. There are 200 nos. of workers working whose wages comes under the purview of ESIC Scheme. Company is working in northern region since 2008. It can be verified from their balance sheet.
ESIC DDN authority has already inspected the office in the month of DEC-14 but company has not been taken any action on this inspection.
