Dear sir/madam,
I had procured daikin split air conditioner {sac atc60s-ci (Rc60srv162)} for rs. 41, 500/- on 07/05/2017 from m/s. Kay dee electronics, noida. The above machine developed some problem and stopped cooling on 12/06/2018.. We lodged a complain with m/s. Kay dee electronics, who had deputed a mechanics to attend the machine on 13/06/2018. It was informed that indoor pcb is not functioning and needed to be replaced for which a bill of rs. 4150/- was raised.
Ac again stopped cooling on 27/08/2018 and visiting mechanic informed for re charging of gas and again charged rs. 4000/- + visit charges of 480/-.
Ac had stopped working on 11/06/2019 and visiting mechanic informed that coil is damaged/leaked and needs replacement. The replacement estimated cost is rs. 16950/-... (As informed by servicing engineer).. While we asked him to consider for leakage repair if any.. It was informed that coil is already been repaired and further it needs to be replaced.
This seems to be a case of defective ac unit supplied to us by the manufacturer m/s. Daikin or its dealer m/s. Kay dee electronics.
I am feeling cheated for having supplied a defective/repaired unit. I am writing to complaint that i am not interested in getting my product repaired and pay again since it is a defective piece supplied. I demand a new working piece in replacement. It’s been almost two weeks since i am not able to use the air conditioner.
I appeal for justice!!!
