Kay Richie tried to charge my card $49.99 & I don't know who or what this is! How can I block this or get help with this? I don't have money to give away.

Updated by LadyGia Kay Richie keeps trying to charge my Chime card $49.99 but I have no idea who this is. I didn't authorize any payment my bank keeps blocking the payment bit "Kay Richie " keeps trying. I just want "Kay Richie " to go away & stop trying to get money from someone who didn't sign up for it!
