I hv ordered a Prepaid Noor premium green soft chanderi machine embroidered co-ord set ( S size) from kayanjali chikankari instagram store on 18 feb 2024 which was suppose to be delivered within 4-6 days. I texted them on WhatsApp and intagram page regarding the updates after 10 days but got no response as i hv orderd it for an occassion. After multiple texts they responded with a text saying there is delivery delay for orders placed between 7- 25 feb 2024 and are trying and a delivery delay of 7-10 days is expected. So I patiently waited. Now it's been over a month, they hvnt sent any updates yet neither replying to my texts on both the platforms. Then when I searched I found they hv done same thing with many more. Was this information helpful? |
