Poor after sales service by kay dee electronics noida. They are only interested in selling and provide poor and pathetic response to customers once the product is sold. We purchased ac from kay dee electronics store in noida.. Within warranty we requested for ac services in april.. They did the service but after 20 days the ac is not cooling and gas leakage has happened.. When we complained in the store they are not picking the calls and after so many days of follow up they are charging us for the service stating it is out of warranty which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour from kaydee electronics.. They are not concentrating on after sales service which is pathetic and will always discourage us to purchase items from there.. We will also share our bad experience with our friends and colleagues
