I am also facing same problem. I also signed a digital agreement. And now they send me a league notice. And saying that we will also send a hard copy of it. Please suggest me what should I do?

Dont Pay Anything They are totally fake. Even the notice they are sending is also not legal, so camn down just ignore them.

I'm nivitha suresh I have entered into an agreement with this company to type captcha. If I fail I want to pay 5000 rs. Now they are asking me to pay 7500 rs which includes the penalty and legal charges. And I paid 5000rs to them. They called me several times and said me to pay the rest of the amount otherwise they will file a case. If I want to cancel the agreement then also I have to pay 10000rs. Otherwise I want to work for the company for 11 month since the agreement is valid till 11 months. What will I do? Is their any possibility to get back the amount which I have paid. Please anyone help me from this.

I applied for a home-based online work in a kdt company.
Those companies, with their intelligently get my adharcard, address, photo and my signature, cleverly. It was said that you have to do this work in 10 days and if you can not do then the penalty will be filled. After that they call me from the number of fraud lawyers that did not work, so you will have to pay a penalties and if you have not done so. Your above case will be done. I was scared i pay to them... Please help me...

Hello there, I am facing same issue, with this lathur company maharashtra,

They offering home based captcha filling work in 10 days and offers me to paid 17500 in case i dont do that i have to pay them 5000rs. and in return they asked me addhar card and pan card. and send me some agreement with 100 bond paper sign, online on my email, it was 10 days before they offered me such work i agreed to work on this in return they have to send me the work link and login details. but they just sent me login details after 2-3 days, and no link to login any URL page. there customer care asked me if you have got the email for login i said no even after that i did not get any link. and not after 10 days they have sent me email and call from a legal advisor saying you have to pay the legal charges as you have not done the work and you have to pay 5000rs as per the agreement . now I guess this was a fraud company get the agreement from me and asked me pan card and aadhar card details on that.

Now they are forcing and sending me the mail to pay charges for the work i have not done. i need a immediate help on this matter. pls if somebody know about this.

they are sending me mails and messages asking for payment, also they have my ID proof and pan card they will misuse that. can anybody help on this and get some legal action against this fraud company.

Am ReshmaLal, from Kerala, am a diploma student at present, in 2019 I was searching for a part time job, and with the help of some online job site I applied for many jobes, & I started working for KDT I couldn't finish the target at the beginning itself because of some site issues, therefore they asked me to pay in cash or else they will file case against me, I got panicked & had paid them 5000, due to some personal issues later I didn't had much time to focus on this issue and today again I got a call asking me to pay 50, 000 in cash before 4pm if not then they are going to file a case in Gujarat court, being a jobless and a student I don't have any options to pay. Please help me regarding this.
