[Resolved] Kdt Captcha — harassment and mental torture

I have facing same problem from KDT captcha.
Now they are saying to pay Rs.5000+3000 because according to them I have crossed the stipulation time of paying the penalty so now I have to give 3000 more because they are saying that I ignored their messages and calls relating to the penalty payment. I am scared. Now they want a penalty plus three thousand rupees.please solve the problem.pls pls pls
