Hello sir/mam.. I have a complaint towards this kdt company work penalty and agreement clearance amount. Let me explain in detail about this issue. I have applied for online job and i have received the call from kdt company on march 22nd. They asked me i[censored]r interested on this job means then send me ur aadhar proof, passport size photo and signature through wats app. I have sent my details everything they asked and i stuck by accepting agreement with this kdt company. I don't know about this online scam and making the people fools by telling the captcha work project for 10 days and after completion of your work u will get payment to ur bank account like that they said. Actually they didn't send any work to my mail and 10 days later they have called me and said that u have not completed ur work and now u have to pay work incompletion penalty of rs.5000/-. I asked that how can i pay penalty without login to the company. They told me that, madam u want to pay or u want to proceed furtherly or otherwise u will get a legal notice to ur home. I got scared by listening this notice and i paid them rs.5000/- to their bank account through online money transfer phone pe by sending their bank details to my mail. Again 1 more person called me and said that, u want to continue ur job or ur going to close the agreement like this they asked. I told i want to close my agreement. I[censored] need to close this 11 months agreement clearance means u have to pay rs.10, 950 to the company. Oh my god i don't know what to do that time and i have shouted on him largely like wat man u r all online frauds and ur cheating people by telling like this. Then he told the same like before person as, madam u will get a legal notice and attend to court. I'm totally scared and worried a lot. I said i will pay amount and he said as like before to which account u have paid now also u should pay the money to the same bank account within 1 hour he told. I gathered total amount from many of my friends and finally i paid rs.10, 950/- to them. They told me after deposited the amount to their account u will not have any problem with the company in future and u will get a mail from noc dept something. And on the next day they called me again and said that u have to attend to the court to keep ur signature on the agreement papers. I[censored] want to attend means then u have to come to maharastra or u have online digital signature option is available but u have charges for digital signature of rs.2, 500/- they told me. Later u will not going to get any further problems from this campany by doing ur signature on this papers like that they told. I got angry and i shouted on him and i asked him to send me my money back totally rs.15, 950/- within today. After 1 hour i did phone call to him and he is busy on another call and i tried calling him again and again, he is busy still and later his mobile number is switch off.
Please friends don't join in online jobs and dont pay to anyone by scaring to their phone calls like wat i did... Now can anyone help me on this to get my money back from them. Their mobile numbers r given below
