Worst Experience ever. I had been saving up for months to purchase a brand new bike, and then i went to keeway bike showroom delhi, and after browsing through the available models i decided to purchase Keeway 300R .The salesperson asks for my credit card details and tells me that they will only charge the down payment for the bike. However, a few days later, I checked my bank account balance and noticed that the showroom had charged the full amount for the bike instead of just the down payment and extra Rs -50, 000 they added for delivering the bike.
I immediately contacted the showroom to rectify the issue. They tell me that it was a mistake and that they will refund the excess amount, but weeks go by, and i still haven't received any refund(neither for extra Rs-50, 000 for delivering the bike nor for extra charges instead of down payment) .I tried to contact the showroom again, but they ignore my calls and emails. I started to feel frustrated and I was worried that it was a scam. So overall a very bad experience. Please be aware of these scams. Was this information helpful? |
