I recently visited a bike showroom named "Keeway Bike Showroom" to buy a Keeway 250v for my brother. I quite liked it and was so excited. They asked me to make the payment in advance, so I did. They said that they would deliver the bike within two days. And it has been 2 months since I haven't received the bike. I stay quite a long distance, so it's hard for me to travel to the destination again. I used all means of communication, and they could have been more responsive. I have written several emails to the head office and the showroom manager, yet I have not heard back. I had asked for a refund of my money if they could not deliver the bike. But they seemed rigid, disrespectful, and rude because they refused to return my money. I never knew they would be such scammers and cheaters. I fear many people like me will get trapped in this scam. I don't know what to do. I paid the money for nothing then. It's stealing. Such fraudsters they are! Please be aware of this scam and never visit the showroom again. It's time to take serious action against these fraudsters, or they will keep stealing from people like me.
