I took 6.15pm bus on 27/3/19 penang sentral to shah alam... This is my worst experiences...driver's children's are playing in bus and one more son sitting on driver seat n playing.. Bus enjin on and the driver let his son for sitting on driver seat ... When i asked driver and his wife started making noice.bus driver claim that Hand break pull already and its safe...and also drive asked me to out frm the bus if i dont like...

Kejora masyhur sdn brd.pls take action on driver... I going repot to jpj too...

We have arrived on time, 1030, 28/12/2019. However, we were told the bus is full and have to wait. But, we bought the tickets through redbus app. And there should be still have seats (we have checked with redbus).

Bas kejora bergerak dari hentian duta ke alor setar, agent di kaunter berkata bas kejora akan direct dari hentian duta sampai ke alor setar tapi menipu dan bas itu berhenti di setiap stsyen, tiket dibeli 12.30 pada 9/2 tolong ambil tindakan kepada agent yang menjual tiket
