I took a bus from kl to melaka and i reached tbs half an hour earlier as the ticket stated there. But what i got in return is that the bus delayed for about 20 mins!! This is unacceptable because most when we were told to reach earlier, but the bus delayed!! And when we (My friend and i) got into the bus, we were told that it was free seating. As a result there is all single seat left and i am forced to seat with a man having a smelly odour. So whats the point of booking early online for the seats?! I can book last min and sit whever i want!! Pls!! In addition, the bus is full of rubbish and it is everywhere. This end up a really terrible trip for me, thx to kejora express, and i will never use this service anymore. And btw, if i cant rate by giving one star, i will not give you even one star lol, probably zero. Was this information helpful? |
