Kelvinator — AC Cooling is not working

AC colling is not working, even i have set the ac temp to 16 in small room size 12x12.
it was working fine two days back. all sudden it stops working. recently i bought this AC.
Request you to please align an engineer to get it fix.

: KAS-X18320B/2021 isko installation kiye 2 month bi ni hoe but daily prblm rhti hai ac me cooling prblm & outdoor me awaz aati hai complain krne ke bad bi company ke technicians ate hai or bolte hai 2 se 5 din me sahi ho jygi but uske bad sirf wait or koi aa bi ni rha plz meri ac ko sahi krye ya fr new ac provide kreaiye or hmari complain ko jld se jld resolve krye wrna fr hm consumer court...

Kelvinator — Service center refused to visit for repair

My AC is under warranty and complaint was logged in on 17th June but technician refused to visit due to previous bill issue and dealer is not replying to me and helping to me. I am experiencing a bad attitude and service system from Kelvinator.
