Kempfort Mall — Irrelevant parking charges without proper facility

I have visited today The Kemp Fort Mall's total section after parking four wheeler in the basement parking area. After shopping I was informed that I can not take the trolley in lift, hence I need to follow stairs to come down to parking area. Hence I had to follow stairs with purchased item to reach the parking area. When I was paying parking fees, I paid 100 Rupees, and the person in counter returned 50 Rupees in return. In receipt I saw it is 2hr 4 minutes. I called the admin supervisor and informed that for the poor facility there is no justification to charge unnecessary high in parking fees from the customer. I think they should verify customer satisfaction and the amount of parking charges.
