Dear siri would like to inforned you that many times duducted rs.15 from my aircel nnumbr [protected] alway time its deducted at mid night when i have sleeping. i have complaint to customer care they said to me its deducted for video download and its one time payment but i have not tried to downlod i have recharge internet card and i have used internet side only facebook and whatsapp and i am using internet in the time from 6.00 am 9.00 pm but amount is deduct at the mid night around 11. pm to 3 .00 am and 15 time above is deducted in a month i like to surrender this Sim card so, in that time i have sleeping. therefore, i would, request you to refund my deducted amount or please provide me which internet web side for deducted amount
