An individual posing to be a technician from an authorised service centre of Kent visited us on 30th April 2022 for installation of Kent RO. ON visiting he sold us the filters of the RO and insisted on buying the AMC which we did for 11000 INR. Thereafter a small issue occurred jn the RO and we contacted him. The said individual took our calls initially but has not responded thereafter. He did not even come for the necessary re tification and the RO is not showing warning signs implying that the filters were never changed. On Kontavting the KENT RO cluster care we were informed that the said individual is a third party franchisee and we have been duped by him . Kindly help.
