We brought kent maxx water filter on november 2019, given assurance of 3 years warranty, and service, till now 1 time came for cleaning, now beep sound comes and it stopped talking water. Booked comnplaint on 30th june, till 9th june called daily no one came
Yesterday service center person took filter with him and today he tell filter parts has to be replaced and will be charged. He can do in our place also, but he took with him, even 1 year not completed, this is the problem, mailed to senior but not replying.
