[Resolved] Kent RO — Not providing service as in warranty period

My product name KENT 16055 Electric Kettle Aqua | 16055 | Not providing service as in warranty period
I called 4 times but was told that our senior will talk to you in 2 hours but not done yet and number and address of a service center was given but when reached at that address the service center The people said that no work of kent is done here.
I filled a service request for under warranty product for not working. The customer gave me assurance that our technician team will consult you but no one has consulted me till yet after 2 month over.

If this is service for under warranty I wonder what will be after warranty is over.
