[Resolved]  Kent Ro Water Purifier Issue — water purifier issue

Hi team,

I purchase kent ro water purifier 5 months back and as per sales person he told i don't need to go for any service for a year atleast. But within 5 months my machine stop working for more than 5 times and i have to raised the complaint for the same. Also i need to change the water filer in every month which cost me rs.400 per filter each time.
Salesman was totally fraud as well as kent ro service sucks. Whenever i asked for the service they suggest to replace the water filter which cost me rs400 each time.
