Sir,
I was taken cooler on first week of july2018 from barabanki (U. P.) present this is not working since last week of july. I lodge complaint on 4sep 2018. After one week mr. Ayaaz khan come from kentstar to check tha cooler he said there is a problem in motor, we have to replace it. I will replace it in one week. But after one week no body come. I called to customer care many times he saying the technican come to your house and solve the problem and they give me the number[protected].in this number he said in 2days technician come to your home but no body comes. When i called him on 4oct 2018 he says "what is the problem in your cooler" again i tell him then he said i have only one motor and we sent it to hardoi, and i can't say when we repair your cooler. They are also trying to close my complaint 3times without giving any service.
