I have taken the gold loan by pledging my gold 2 years back, emi starting from august 2017 (Exact date not known) and i have completed the loan, but they extended the date for closure. Even after several visits to anna nagar and mylapore branch, my loan has not been closed. They extended the dates for more than 6 months and still they have not closed my account. Initially they said they have ordered for gold coins as per my request and said it will take one month time to receive. After one month they said, still the gold coins have not been received. Again after the shop visit they said they are going to settle all accounts soon either by giving gold or money. Then i visited mylapore head office branch, they said it will be solved by december 1st week. Then it got extended to december 15 and then by end of december. I got the message from sunil cheriyan that they are going to settle the loan by partially/completely starting from january. But after that no response. I have tried to contact the anna nagar and mylapore branch, but no one attended the calls in both locations. Is there any other way to get my money back? I am from low middle class family, i have pledged my daughters jewel due to some unavoidable circumstances. Can anyone help me on this? Was this information helpful? |
