Kerala Private Bus — KL50J004 Rude behaviour of conductor

On 03/11/2020 morning 9.11 at kozhikode bus stand i enteted Kozhikode palakkad bus sana travels and conductor gave me ticket to kondotty may be9.15 time, also more than 5 passengers there in the bus .Bus not taken until 9.30, i on little bit busy to reach my office, so i rushed out from the bus and asked conductor standing outside for refund of ticket money qnd retuned ticket with me but he refused and used foul words to me, since i am on busy not taken money back and taken other bus for travel. Private bus Avanthika with number - KL57A8447- was seen driving rashly on the Kodungaloor-Thrissur route. It was spotted near Urakam overspeeding and trying to overtake other vehicles without proper road clearance from oncoming traffic. The vehicles being overtaken had to bank towards the left side while the bus dangerously forced its way through. My humble request to the concerned authorities is to please monitor this bus drivers action over the next few months and take appropriate action to stop the aggression before any damage to life or property occurs.
